Americans, do you still live in a democracy? Your elected officials are petrified of the security state, says Glenn Greenwald. Reining them in needs to be made a major election issue.
So, Europeans, let’s talk. After the GDPR, do you think you have more digital privacy, or do you just have more annoying notices to click on, while giant corporations have more legal cover to continue on as usual?
I checked the front pages of Fox, CNN, MSNBC, NYTimes, and Drudge. Odd—no mention of the shocking looting and violence in Durban, South Africa. Why not? Anyway, good luck to the decent, law-abiding people (of all races) there.

I wanna thank the NYT for putting its “journalism” behind a login & paywall so I’m less tempted to click and give them traffic.

If you’re still using Gmail as your main email driver, you’re behind the times. For me, it’s becoming like AOL used to be—a Gmail address marks you as a trusting fool, easily led, maybe in need of extra hand-holding. OK for grandma…
I’m on with @JackMurphyLive and the @LarsLarsonShow, both tomorrow.
Rather good Breitbart review of my blog post on Wikipedia bias; places it among other recent findings of bias from various other sources, and features lots of links.

New flash: Wikipedia is more biased than ever, according to its founder: @SaraCarterDC’s blog covered (by @JennyJournalism) my blog post, with new quotes from me. Leave it to Sara Carter to make sure a source is actually interviewed!
