The Independent has picked up my blog and Unherd interview.
Interesting how reportage on this story has moved gradually from lesser-known conservative sources, to mainstream sources, and now to centrist sources.
Jason Alexander and Tracy Morgan with a hilarious (if crude) takedown of the “private” space race among “private” space companies and the, er, dicks behind them.
Former tech giant CEO says we NEED the tech giants intact and powerful because weakening them is “going to set us back against China.” Oh, well, in that case…LOL.
Eric Schmidt ex google CEO: "asked about growing global backlash against tech giants Amazon, Apple, Facebook, Google “These gross proposals like breaking them up and so forth, it’s not going to be helpful because it’s going to set us back against China, t.co/ZSQ2t2ZQVU July 19, 2021
Translation: why hasn’t this horrible stuff been memory holed yet?!
Sensible answer: because it’s good to have a reliable, complete record of enemy propaganda, now isn’t it?
We need an archive.org backup, stat.
I’m going to say something unpopular but true.
If Western liberals really, really hated racism, if they championed equal rights for all, they would criticize India’s caste system a lot more than they do.
There, I said it.
More evidence of the grooming of society for the acceptance of pedophilia: Chicago public schools are determined to give out condoms at their *elementary schools*. Totally astonishing. Amazing these people aren’t instantly fired.
Wikipedia has effectively abandoned the “publish, then filter” model. It’s so locked down that publishing and filtering are both permitted only to insiders, and only according to opaque, arcane processes.
In retrospect, the thing that convinced me more than anything that the Establishment had plumbed new depths of contempt for the common person is their total, callous disregard about the effects of lockdowns. It’s still shocking.

1 No vaccine will arrive this year
2 OK, vaccine will be here, but we don’t trust Trump
3 OK, vaccine = good idea; never will be mandatory
4 Restricted rights for unvaxxed is common sense <== U R HERE
5 Open up, it's the police!
"By the end of September, full vaccination will be a condition of entry to nightclubs, a negative test will no longer be enough"

Nuts are now saying sending books is “violence.” 🙄
The American Booksellers Assoc. apologized for sending the anti-trans book “Irreversible Damage” in a mailing to members, saying the mailing was a “serious, violent incident.”
“Nous allons tous mourir.” C’est vrai!

Also in the news, buried on a Friday, a little story: the Biden administration admits to pressuring Big Tech to crack down on “misinformation” in social media.
Really.
That’d be real live government censorship, people. For real.
